The customer agrees and acknowledges that Bhavbandh.com has every right to terminate his / her membership, in case of failure on the part of customer, to follow any of the terms and conditions, without any notice and without furnishing any reason and in case of termination, the customer agrees and acknowledges that all the amount paid by him / her to Bhavbandh.com ,shall be forfeited.

2.The customer agrees and acknowledges that in case of termination, the right to use the services of Bhavbandh.com including website shall be ceased immediately.

3. This clause will survive termination, modification or expiration of these Terms and conditions which means that the said termination shall not relive the customer of the obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination.
